organic soba noodles (buckwheat noodles)
- Soba noodles are made from buckwheat or kasha. Buckwheat is not wheat, and it is gluten free.
- Do the garlic step first. Garlic is healthiest when it sits for 10 minutes after it’s been minced. Then cook with it.
- You can sauté some vegetables to add to the soba noodles.
