My Breakfast

Bulletproof coffee is my breakfast!

(I’m repeating one of the comments down below so that no one misses this information.)  Dave Asprey, the founder and CEO, is a biohacker who has a goal to be healthy at 180 years old. Coffee, and the way he makes it, is one of his biohacks. The beans are processed so that they don’t contain mold. Mold destroys the gut. Your gut is at the “heart” of all of your health. The beans contain antioxidants, which protect you from free radical damage, and the grass-fed ghee and the Brain Octane Oil give your brain and body what they need to be satisfied and full. It truly is a “bulletproof” drink. I know that when I drink it, I think more clearly and can easily fast until 11 – and intermittent fasting activates stem cells. It’s a win all around, and it saves you money on breakfast.

  1. I tried drinking Bulletproof coffee for a couple of weeks. It really didn’t bode well for me. I guess I just wasn’t a fan. Do you like the taste? Or do you drink it for the energy and whatnot it promises?

    1. I don’t know about cafes, but I think Costco sells it now. I get mine from Amazon.com. It’s called Bulletproof because Dave Asprey, the founder and CEO, is a biohacker who has a goal to be healthy at 180 years old. Coffee, and the way he makes it, is one of his biohacks.
