People who meditate on a regular basis have high levels of gamma wave activity.  Having high levels of gamma waves leads to neuroplasticity.  Neuroplacity is the brain’s ability to change structurally and functionally on the basis of environmental input.

What is Ziva Meditation?  It is meditation that focuses on eliminating past stress.  It gives the body deep healing rest by de-exciting the metabolic rate (the rate at which the body consumes oxygen), cooling the body temperature, and slowing the heart rate.  The experience feels like “a super-charged power nap without the sleep hang over.”  You can complete the meditation anywhere.


Other ways to get out of your critical mind:

  • play
  • gratitude
    • If you never express gratitude for what you’ve received, you will struggle to manifest what you desire.
    • When you give thanks for what you have, you rewire your brain to look for everything that is going well.
    • Asking the question, “What am I grateful for?” is enough to change the chemistry of your brain.
