Secrets of Happiness

Shawn Achor, author of The Happiness Advantage, gave an amazing Ted Talk. In it, he shared 5 daily habits that lead to more happiness. Here are the habits:

  • think of 3 things you’re grateful for
  • journal a wonderful experience you had
  • meditate
  • exercise
  • do a random act of kindness

 

According to Shawn, workers who give the most social support to their co-workers are about 10 times more engaged in their work than those who don’t. (So tell someone what you notice about them that makes them great. 😊)

  1. this one is my favourite so far, i like your tips, i’m using it very often, it helps me a lot, i feel better seen i started it, it was about 2 years ago, when my life just became much better, thanks to yoga and meditation!
