Relaxercise is a series of light exercises that help balance your body. These exercises were recommended to a family member by her chiropractor. I use the foot exercise sometimes twice a day. I also use the back exercise when it hurts just to bend over to tie my shoe. The exercises are gentle and slow, and each one is about 25 minutes long. They are perfect for helping you gradually wake up in the morning. I also fall asleep faster at night when I do an exercise right before bed.
