Garbanzo Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

garbanzo beans

(cook them in a pressure cooker or buy in a carton already cooked)

olive oil

garlic (minced)

cumin

cayenne

salt

1 juiced lemon

(see below)

Juice a lemon.

Add all of the ingredients above to the food processor.

Start the food processor on low.  Then, put it on high. Blend until smooth.

 

Hot Tips:

  • Sprinkle paprika on top.
  • Eat with carrots or sweet bell peppers.
  • Taste as you go to know how much of each ingredient you want.
