1) 3/4 cup quinoa
3) Cover quinoa with 1 inch of water.
4) Soak for 6 – 8 hours.
- Shake the quinoa mixture in the pizza pan so that the crust is smooth.
- If you can’t have cheese, you can add nutritional yeast.
