Banana Chocolate Ice-cream
2 bananas (frozen and cut)
organic walnuts (use fingers to crush into small bits)
organic shredded coconut
organic cacao powder
organic cacao nibs
- Use any kind of nut you prefer.
- Let the bananas sit for about 5-10 minutes before you put them in the ice-cream maker. Otherwise, you won’t be able to push the bananas down in the machine.
- Don’t leave the ice-cream maker running for too long.
- If the ingredients aren’t coating the bananas, put them in separately from the bananas.
