Guacamole

Mince several cloves of garlic.

Juice 1/2 of a lime.

Add cayenne, cumin, and salt to taste.

 

Hot Tips:

  • You can add cilantro.
  • Add tomatoes. ¬†They bring out the best properties in avocados.
  • Eat with corn chips or vegetables like carrots.

 

Monday:

Get more protein with black beans!
