  1. That long list of good stuff in strawberries reminds me of a story I once heard: someone asked if scientists could put all the good stuff in broccoli in a pill. A scientist responded that we could try that, but we don’t know if some undetectable phytochemical in broccoli actually pulls everything else together to make broccoli so good for us. There is just too much we don’t know about how all these seen and unseen compounds work!
